KIMCHI VIRGIN BLOODY MARY

 A classic Mary with a bit of Seol

SERVES 2

Ingredients

2 Chilled Bottles of Marty’s Spiced Tomato Juice

2 Tbsp Liquid from your Kimchi

¼ tsp Soy Sauce (and more if needed)

¼ tsp Fish Sauce

½ tsp Wasabi Paste

Garnishing (optional)

Togarishi Spice for the rim of the glass * Crumbled saucy Korean rice cakes * Kimchi * Limes * Nori shards

Method

Season the tomato juice with kimchi juice, soy sauce and fish sauce if needed. Add more soy to taste. Add the wasabi and mix until it dissolves completely. Divide the mixture between two glasses. Fill the glasses with ice and add your desired garnishes.

Chef’s Tip: Kimchi strength varies from brand to brand and some can have quite a fishy taste. Add the soy sauce, then taste and then add the fish sauce if necessary.
