Zandeleen's Herby Bloody

Ingredients
1 Spicy Marty's Virgin Bloody Mary
5 ml gin
10 ml soda water
1 sprig rosemary
1 sprig basil
Instructions
Muddle the rosemary and basil at the bottom of your glass to release their flavors.
Add the gin, Marty's Virgin Bloody Mary mix, and ice. Stir well.
Top off the cocktail with soda water.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a ribbon of cucumber. Enjoy!
Add more herbs if you prefer a stronger herb flavour

Two in the Bush Spicy Michelada cocktail

(Serves 2)
INGREDIENTS:
- Enough sea salt to rim 2 glasses
- A lime wedge
- 1 chilled bottle of Marty’s spiced tomato, or tomato juice of your choice
- 1 chilled bottle lager beer
- 100ml Two in a Bush Honeybush Cordial
- A few slices of fresh chilli (you decide how hot you like it)
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- Juice of half a lime
1. Grind fresh sea salt onto a plate. Run the lime wedge around the rim of your
serving glasses to dampen the rim. Dip the rim of glasses into mixture.
2. Pour the tomato juice and beer in the glasses. Add 50ml Two in a Bush
Honeybush cordial, a few sliced chillies, Tabasco and fresh lime juice to each
glass.
3. Stir and sip.
*For variation add freshly grounded black pepper and celery salt according to
taste. -

Two in a Bush.

1 chilled bottle of Marty’s Virgin Bloody Mary
50ml Stoughton Grange’s Alpaca Gin
In glass add Alpaca Gin and Marty’s Virgin Bloody Mary and mix thoroughly. Add your desired garnish and enjoy.

‘Marty’s Red Snapper’ by @cupcakes_and_couscous

1 chilled bottle of Marty’s Spiced Tomato Juice
A few drops of Black Mamba Cayenne Chilli Sauce
50ml Cape Town Classic Dry Gin
Lime wedge
Funky Ouma Chilli Salt
Grind the Funky Ouma Chilli Salt onto a plate. Run the lime wedge around the rim of your serving glass to dampen the rim and dip the rim of the glass into the mixture.
In a mixing glass, add Cape Town Classic Dry Gin and few drops of Black Mamba Cayenne Chilli Sauce (go wild if you like it really hot) to Spiced Tomato Juice and mix thoroughly. Fill the rimmed serving glass with ice and the Red Snapper. Add your desired garnish and enjoy.

50ml Mahalo Amber non-alcoholic spirit
Lime wedge
Oryx Smoked Salt
Grind the Oryx Smoked Salt onto a plate. Run the lime wedge around the rim of your serving glass to dampen the rim and dip the rim of the glass into the mixture.
In a mixing glass add Mahalo Amber non-alcoholic spirit to Marty’s Virgin Bloody Mary and mix thoroughly. Fill the rimmed serving glass with ice and the Smoky Virgin Bloody Mary. Add your desired garnish and enjoy.

60ml Blended Scotch whisky
120ml Marty’s Virgin Bloody Mary
15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
8 drops of Chilli sauce
pinch of salt
Add all ingredients to a shaker and drain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with celery, falafel ball, gherkin and lemon wedge.

Save this for a special brunch, like boxing day. You will love it if you like a spicier Bloody Mary.
