VIRGIN MICHELADA

SERVES 2

Ingredients

1 – 2 Bottles of a light non-alcoholic beer

2 Chilled Bottles of Marty’s Spiced Tomato Juice

½ - 1 Tsp Sriracha sauce

1 Tbsp Lime juice to taste

Salt to taste

Garnishing (optional)

Chilli and Lime salt for the rim of the glass * 3 Lime wedges

Method

Place 2 500ml beer glasses in the freezer to chill. While the glasses chill, make your chilli and lime salt by  grinding chilli flakes until fine. Add salt and lime zest and grind till the mixture is the texture of table salt. Once the glasses have chilled, run the lime wedges around the rims and place the salt mixture on a plate and dip the rims of the glasses in to the mixture.

Then, add a Marty’s Spiced Tomato Juice to each glass, top up with beer. Season with the salt, lime juice and Sriracha to taste.

Serve immediately with some corn chips and guacamole or chilli poppers.
